Addressing Court Policy Challenges

Knowing how to address a gap in an existing policy or when there is no policy is an essential skill to have. Understanding the different policy options can help court personnel know how to amend each policy. This session assists court personnel with developing skills to address gaps in policies such as the tribal code, court rules and the court clerk’s manual and when no policies exist.
