Having a court clerk’s manual creates a strong foundation for developing courts by centralizing the court clerk’s tasks in one collection of step-by-step written procedures. This manual promotes consistency and transparency in every action performed by a court clerk. This session is highly recommended for developing courts and other courts who are actively working on strengthening their foundations.
