Essential Leadership Skills for Tribal Court Administrators


The success of operating and managing a tribal court can oftentimes be contributed to the tribal court administrator. Tribal courts require quality leadership in all areas of court administration. This session encourages professional development for court administrators to grow as strong court leaders and discusses the significance of court administrators as court leaders. Court administrators will assess values of a court leader and identify skills needed to become an effective leader. This session also offers court administrators tips on how to apply leadership skills to areas of their position.
