Tribal court clerks are court leaders who uphold tribal sovereignty and represent the court. Ensuring court clerks have the necessary leadership skills and are aware of ethical standards in place is essential to representing the court with a high level of honor and respect. This session promotes skills training for court clerks to grow as strong court leaders, while learning about key ethical standards many courts follow and have in place.
