Access to Justice and Community Education

$499.00

Tribal courts are created for the community and need to be accessible. Ensuring the community is informed on the services available through the court’s website and establishing clear communication practices between the court and the community all contribute to access to justice.  The mystery of court proceedings and the intimidating reputation of the court can negatively impact the amount of community members who may use the court. This session offers several ideas to create an accessible court and a more informed community on court education.
