Tribal Bar Development and Management in Tribal Court

Many tribes involved with court development are creating a tribal bar to assist with regulating and managing representatives who practice in court. Creating a tribal bar can protect court clients by ensuring individuals have completed the tribe’s process for admitting new representatives successfully. This session is for court personnel who are responsible for creating and managing a tribal bar.
