Leadership Skills and Ethics for Tribal Court Administrators

The success of operating and managing a tribal court can oftentimes be contributed to the tribal court administrator. Tribal courts need court administrators with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage all areas of court administration and awareness of the ethical standards in place. This session encourages professional development for court administrators to grow as strong court leaders and discusses key ethical standards used by most courts.
