Tribal Court Performance

This session defines court performance, summarizes the areas of tribal court administration, gives an overview on how to evaluate the performance within each area of tribal court administration and discusses steps to consider when developing a strategic plan. The goal of this session aims to help the court evolve by introducing court administrators to ideas that can assist the court to advance.
